My grandkids were in town last week and we had a ball. Didn't do much but ate, played Wii and went to see Santa's Magical Kingdom. It was GREAT. Oh, my daughter and son-in-law were here too.

Downtime is critical to our overall mental health. Maintaining focus and the energy for leadership is hard work which requires hard rest sometimes.
